It’s that time of the year again. We’re still digesting our Thanksgiving dinner. It’s the time of year that kids all around the world begin asking for all sorts of games and toys. What do you suppose is at or near the top of the list? Probably a Wii Fit.

You actually follow along with your onscreen character and go through various workouts to improve your fitness level. Using various yoga poses you can improve your posture and the fit pad will measure your sturdiness and help you focus.
It has a BMI, or Body Mass Index, that measures your body fat and composition. Your character in the game won’t let you forget about your BMI but also acts as a sort of trainer. Don’t be surprised to see real results as many who have been using the game for a while swear by it. Tracking your progress is key in maintaining your motivation and can be a huge help in your overall performance.
The virtual caricatures, which are unique to the Wii, represent you as you use the fit board to go through the game. The caricature will actually change its shape to match your own. It reminds me a little of the SIMS game but this one is much more realistic, even if less game-like, and really draws you in.
